Children Policy

1. For children aged 2 to 5.99 years, a fee of 25% of the tour price applies.

2. Those aged 6 to 11.99 years we will charge 50% of the tour price.

3. Children aged 12 and above have to pay the full tour price, equivalent to the adult rate.

4. the company design Child pricing for those sharing rooms with their parents (a maximum of 2 children in one room). An additional cost is applicable for an extra bed.

5. Should your sightseeing tours involve domestic flights or ferry boat journeys, please note that an extra supplement for your child may be applicable.

Tipping in Egypt

1. In Egypt, tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary and is a way of expressing satisfaction with good services. Tipping is considered a part of the income for the person serving you. While non-compulsory, we encourage you to tip as you see fit, personally.

2. Feel free to offer a tip to your guide, representative, drivers, and hotel staff.

Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel your reservation, please send a cancellation request via email to provide the Company with written confirmation.

2. If you decide to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

   • Booking to 41 days before your arrival: 10% of the deposit paid.

   • 40 to 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the entire tour price.

   • 29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the entire tour price.

   • 14 to 7 days before your arrival: 75% of the entire tour price.

   • 7 to 1 days before your arrival: 100% of the entire tour price.

3. Additionally, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour, you have to afford any fees per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

1. Tour Egypt Club provides a flexible cancellation policy in case of government or airline-issued travel warnings from/to your departure country and destination. We prioritize your well-being and safety, adapting our cancellation policy accordingly.

Refund

1. The company will transfer your refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
