Because the journey is long-haul, many travellers prefer a multi-city itinerary. Around 9–10 days can cover a substantial Cairo–Luxor–Aswan route; longer stays allow more time for the Red Sea or other extensions.
Can I combine Cairo with a Nile cruise?
