Payment policy:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

To secure a booking the company initially requires notice from you of your booking request. The booking \u200ewill only be secured once both you and the company have confirmed the travel arrangements and the \u200ecompany is satisfied that the correct deposit\/payment has been received into the company bank account \u200eby wire transfer. The payment of required deposits or full payment of a reservation on an escorted or \u200eindependent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information \u200econtained here.<\/p>\n

Deposit of payment, Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, \u200eSpace will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. \u200eDeposits can only be made by bank transfer or you may send via Western Union.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The balance of the payment should be received 07 days from the date of confirmation. If the reservation is \u200emade less than 07 days prior to departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Amendment: Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and if the full payment \u200ehas been received and\/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fee will be applied.\u200e<\/p>\n

Children Policy:\u200e<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u200ePackages or Nile Cruises or Hotels<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Maximum 2 children per double room under 11, 99 years sharing their parent\u2019s room<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Child up to 01.99 free of Charge<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Child from 2-5.99 25% of total Adult`s cost<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Child from 6-11.99 50% of total Adult`s cost<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A child over 12 years old is considered adult<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200eSightseeing tours & optional tours<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Child up to 5.99 free of charge<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Child from 6 \u2013 11.99 50 % of total tour Adult`s cost<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A child over 12 years old is considered adult<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Domestic flight<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200eChild up to 1, 99 years old will be charged 10 % of adult cost<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Child from 2-11, 99 years old will be charged 75 % of adult cost \u200e<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200eCancellation should be received in writing documents by fax or email. If a tour participant cancels his\/her \u200ereservation the following fees will be applied:-<\/p>\n

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Between 40 and 30 days, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Between 29 and 15 days, 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Between 1 and 14 days, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

No refunds are possible for No-Show.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Christmas & New Year cancellation policy ( Starting December 18 to January 10)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200e60 days to 31 before arrival 50% of the total price.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200e30 days to arrival day 100% of the total price.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200eCancellation charge to cover the following:<\/p>\n

Booked hotels and Nile cruises<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Booked domestic flights<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Booked tour guides<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Booked buses<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Company administration fees<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Claims and Complaints<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200eClaims and Complaints our beloved customer if you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation \u200ein question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to \u200eresolve the problem.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You may lose any right to compensation if you fail to do so. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you \u200eshould contact our representative in the resort\/ the Hotel\/ the Cruise, and if the issue still cannot be resolved then you \u200eshould contact our Tour Operator. We will act as an intermediary to try and rectify the problem. In the event that we \u200eare unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider \u200econcerned. but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must write to the Egyptian travel agent \u200eassociation It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us, however, if this is \u200enot the case any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this contract,<\/p>\n
