Day 1 : Pick up from Cairo to Bahariya oasis

We start from Cairo in the morning drive to Bahariya Oasis then rejoice at hotel then have lunch and after lunch we will start our local tour around Bahariya Oasis to see the best natural sites like date gardens then go to the hotel to prepare dinner and spend the night.
Overnight in the hotel in Baharyia

Day 2: Al Marsoss | Al Hazz village | Aqaba area |

After breakfast we resume our drive to explore more in Black Desert visiting Al Marsoss Club then drive to Al Hazz village to see cold springs and resume our journey to visit Crystal Mountain and area of Aqaba, then from Aqaba area we continue on the road to cross the valleys reaching the green spring where we have lunch and see the spring of the Roman era and then we drive the new desert white deserts where the best limestone formations The white deserts then find a nice place to camp for dinner and spend the night under the stars.

Day 3: Enjoy the sunrise in Baharyia Oasis | Transfer to Cairo

After having breakfast at the camp we started preparing to drive back to the oasis and then maybe we could take a shower then take you back to Cairo

For children aged 2 to 5.99 years, a fee of 25% of the tour price applies.

Those aged 6 to 11.99 years will be charged 50% of the tour price.

Children aged 12 and above have to pay the full tour price, equivalent to the adult rate.

we design Child pricing for those sharing rooms with their parents (a maximum of 2 children in one room). An additional cost is applicable for an extra bed.

Should your sightseeing tours involve domestic flights or ferry boat journeys, please note that an extra supplement for your child may be applicable.

To ensure availability and secure spaces at hotels, domestic flights, desired Nile cruise cabins, and other travel-related services, we recommend making your booking as early as possible.

Upon receiving the deposit, it becomes our responsibility to initiate your booking process.

The required deposit is 25%, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, a 50% deposit is necessary. This deposit constitutes a part of your final payment.

Multiple deposit methods are available, including major credit cards, via our Secure Online Payment Platform, and wire transfer.

Tipping in Egypt

In Egypt, tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary and is a way of expressing satisfaction with good services. Tipping is considered a part of the income for the person serving you. While non-compulsory, we encourage you to tip as you see fit, personally.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please send a cancellation request via email to provide the Company with written confirmation.

If you decide to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

Booking to 41 days before your arrival: 10% of the deposit paid.

40 to 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the entire tour price.

29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the entire tour price.

14 to 7 days before your arrival: 75% of the entire tour price.

7 to 1 days before your arrival: 100% of the entire tour price.

Additionally, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour, you have to afford any fees per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

Tour Egypt Club provides a flexible cancellation policy in case of government or airline-issued travel warnings from/to your departure country and destination. We prioritize your well-being and safety, adapting our cancellation policy accordingly.

Refund

The company will transfer your refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
