It is the smallest of the three main pyramids of the giza pyramid complex located on the Giza plateau in the southwestern suburbs of cairo, egypt. It is believed to have been built to serve as a tomb for the Egyptian pharaoh Mykarenus.

Known in Arabic as Abu Al Hol (Father of Terror), this sculpture of a man with the haunches of a lion was dubbed the Sphinx by the ancient Greeks because it resembled their mythical winged monster that set riddles and killed anyone unable to answer them.

Lunch in a restaurant near the pyramids (at your own expense). Free time. Transfer to Cairo station to take your train (seats) to Aswan. Dinner & Overnight on board. Optional: upgrade to sleeping train with dinner and breakfast on board.

Philae Temple
Philae Temple This temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was flooded by the waters of the Nile, is considered the temple of love and was divided and reassembled in a new location on the island of Egilika, about 500 meters from its original location on the island of Philae. Its buildings include the Temple of Hathor, and the visitor can watch the sound and light show at night, which is presented in several languages.

The Aswan High Dam
Egypt is famous for one of the greatest engineering works it is the Aswan Dam, it is a very important architectural and historical achievement for the history of the country, it is the more modern and largest of the two dams that were built on the Nile, at the height of the first there are small sequences of waterfalls. The Dam takes its name from the nearby city of Aswan, which is about 17 km away.

The Temple of Kom Ombo
Kom Ombo Temple is located in Kom Ombo, Aswan Governorate in southern Egypt. The temple was founded during the reign of Ptolemy VI to worship the gods Sobek and Horus. The walls of this temple were decorated with intimate Egyptian decoration, characterized by the accuracy of its workmanship, the good harmony and the beauty of the balance between the characters of its scenes and the surrounding hieroglyphic inscriptions which complement these scenes.
Then join in convoy on the way to Luxor you will visit the great temple of Horus (god of extension)

The Colossi of Memnon are two huge statues that were built around the year 1350 BC, and are all that remains of a temple in memory of the pharaoh (Amenhotep III), located in western Thebes, Egypt.
They belong to King Amenhotep III, one of the kings of the 18th dynasty, which is the strongest ruling family in the history of ancient Egypt.
Transfer to the train station to catch the train sitting on your way to Cairo.

Salah El-Din built it in 1176 AD, it was the place of most Egypt’s rulers for 700 years between the 9th and 12th century. Mohammed Ali was the last ruler in the citadel.
Muhammad Ali Mosque
The Muhammad Ali Mosque is located within the Citadel of Salah al-Din, and was built by Muhammad Ali in 1848.
This mosque was called the Alabaster Mosque, referring to the marble slabs that covered its interior walls.
It was also called Alabaster Mosque which is one of the types of marble used in construction, also There is inside this Moeshea the tomb of Muhammad Ali.

It was called the Suspended Church because it was built on two of the ancient towers of the Roman fort. (Fortress of Babylon), and the Hanging Church is the oldest surviving church in Egypt. Therefore the church is a very important and absolutely unmissable stop on the tourist itinerary focused on the places linked to the Holy Family, which characterize the capital of Egypt. The internal decorations feature icons in Greek Orthodox style and have thirteen pillars, which respectively represent Christ and the twelve apostles.
Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus
Explore old Cairo with its famous old churches The Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus, also known as Abu Serga.
It is the ancient church built on the site where the Holy Family resided during their escape journey, Its current location is what is known as the Complex of Religions in Old Cairo, within the Fortress of Babylon. Like many other early Christian churches, the Abu Serga church and its underground cave were designed according to the layout of a basilica, thus together consisting of three parts: the porch.
The nave and the sanctuary (the cave is under the sanctuary). The church is notable for its unique architectural and artistic elements which reflect the spirit of Coptic church architecture in Egypt. These include the pulpit, font, ivory and wood inlaid templons, and unique religious decoration of saints and apostles.
