Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Luxor to start your tour to one of the amazing sites of the west bank of Luxor.

The complex of Madinet Habu or (the city of Habu) which constructed during the reign of Ramses III as a mortuary temple but also as a memorial to the king’s Libyan and Asiatic wars.

Most believe that the name of Habu derived from the name of the great architect of the New Kingdom Amenhotep son of Habu, the temple is probably best known as the source of inscribed reliefs depicting the advent and defeat of the sea people during the reign of Ramses III, the temple still has a great portion of amazing and beautiful paintings.

Then proceed to visit Deir el-Medina, the village of the artisans and workers who worked on the tombs in the Valley of the kings during the 18th to 20th dynasties of the New Kingdom (1550 BC–1080 BC). It is one of the few communities which still exist in Egypt. Its inhabitants were called the workers of the place of truth, It is one of the oldest settlements in history.

The village contains about seventy houses of mud-brick, the workers built their tombs where they lived, showing the daily life aspects of ancient Egypt, at the end of the village there is a temple was built for the goddess Hathor during the time of king Ptolemy IV.

This temple was converted to a monastery by the Coptic, that’s why the village is now called Deir al Madina or the monastery of the town.

For children aged 2 to 5.99 years, a fee of 25% of the tour price applies.

Those aged 6 to 11.99 years we will charge 50% of the tour price.

Children aged 12 and above have to pay the full tour price, equivalent to the adult rate.

the company design Child pricing for those sharing rooms with their parents (a maximum of 2 children in one room). An additional cost is applicable for an extra bed.

Should your sightseeing tours involve domestic flights or ferry boat journeys, please note that an extra supplement for your child may be applicable.

To ensure availability and secure spaces at hotels, domestic flights, desired Nile cruise cabins, and other travel-related services, we recommend making your booking as early as possible.

Upon receiving the deposit, it becomes our responsibility to initiate your booking process.

The required deposit is 25%, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, a 50% deposit is necessary. This deposit constitutes a part of your final payment.

Multiple deposit methods are available, including major credit cards, via our Secure Online Payment Platform, and wire transfer.

Tipping in Egypt

In Egypt, tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary and is a way of expressing satisfaction with good services. Tipping is considered a part of the income for the person serving you. While non-compulsory, we encourage you to tip as you see fit, personally.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please send a cancellation request via email to provide the Company with written confirmation.

If you decide to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

Booking to 41 days before your arrival: 10% of the deposit paid.

40 to 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the entire tour price.

29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the entire tour price.

14 to 7 days before your arrival: 75% of the entire tour price.

7 to 1 days before your arrival: 100% of the entire tour price.

Additionally, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour, you have to afford any fees per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

Tour Egypt Club provides a flexible cancellation policy in case of government or airline-issued travel warnings from/to your departure country and destination. We prioritize your well-being and safety, adapting our cancellation policy accordingly.

Refund

The company will transfer your refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
