Day 01: Luxor - Esna - Dahabiya Cruise (Lunch & Dinner Included)

Upon arrival in Luxor, you will meet the captain and crew of your luxurious Dahabiya, where you will be greeted with a welcome drink and an introductory meeting with your private Egyptologist. Embarkation will take place after 12:00 PM at either Esna or Edfu, depending on the cruise’s navigation schedule.

After settling in, enjoy a delicious lunch on board. In the afternoon, your exploration begins with a visit to the East Bank, starting with the magnificent Karnak Temple. This temple, built over 4,000 years ago, features the incredible Hypostyle Hall, which boasts 134 towering, intricately carved stone columns. You will also visit the Luxor Temple, another stunning monument from the era of the powerful city of Thebes and dedicated to the god Amun. After a day of exploration, return to the Dahabiya for dinner and a leisurely evening on board. Overnight stay on the boat.

Day 02: Esna (Luxor) - El Hagz Island (Edfu) (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)

(Optional: If you wish, you can rise early for a hot air balloon ride over Luxor. Please inform us at the time of booking if interested.) Your day begins with a visit to the West Bank, where you will explore the atmospheric Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of powerful pharaohs set against the stunning desert backdrop of the Nile Valley. You will also visit the Valley of the Queens and the impressive mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, passing the colossal statues of the Colossi of Memnon along the way.

After this unforgettable exploration, you will transfer back to Esna to board your Dahabiya. Enjoy a delightful lunch on board as you set sail, mooring for the night next to El Hagz Island. Overnight stay on the boat.

Day 03: El Hagz Island (Edfu) - Farris Island (Kom Ombo) (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)

At sunrise, begin your journey towards Edfu, enjoying breakfast as you sail along the Nile. Upon arrival in Edfu, a private horse-drawn carriage will take you to the famed Temple of Horus, the best-preserved and second-largest temple in Egypt. After your visit, return to the boat and continue sailing towards Farris Island. Enjoy lunch on board as you moor next to the island for the night. Overnight stay on the boat.

Day 04: Farris Island (Kom Ombo) - Aswan (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)

Start your day with breakfast on board as you sail from Farris Island to Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, visit the remarkable twin temples dedicated to Haroeris (Horus) and Sobek, the crocodile god. Explore the ancient sculptures, medical instruments, and even see the mummified crocodile and the preserved nilometer. After your fascinating exploration, continue your journey to Aswan. Enjoy lunch and dinner on board, taking in the serene sights of the Nile as you relax. Overnight stay on the boat.

Day 05: Aswan (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)

This morning, you have the option to take an early morning flight to the spectacular temples of Abu Simbel, built by Ramses II. The stunning location of these temples alongside Lake Nasser makes them one of ancient Egypt’s most breathtaking sites. (Please confirm your interest in this excursion when booking.)

After returning, enjoy lunch on the Dahabiya before visiting the High Dam, the Old Dam, and the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple was successfully relocated to prevent it from being submerged by the waters of Lake Nasser when the dam was built. Overnight stay on the boat.

Day 06: Aswan (Breakfast Included)

On your final day, savor breakfast on board before bidding farewell to the crew. After disembarking, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.

For children aged 2 to 5.99 years, a fee of 25% of the tour price applies.

Those aged 6 to 11.99 years we will charge 50% of the tour price.

Children aged 12 and above have to pay the full tour price, equivalent to the adult rate.

the company design Child pricing for those sharing rooms with their parents (a maximum of 2 children in one room). An additional cost is applicable for an extra bed.

Should your sightseeing tours involve domestic flights or ferry boat journeys, please note that an extra supplement for your child may be applicable.

Booking Policy

Booking Policy

To ensure availability and secure spaces at hotels, domestic flights, desired Nile cruise cabins, and other travel-related services, we recommend making your booking as early as possible.

Upon receiving the deposit, it becomes our responsibility to initiate your booking process.

The required deposit is 25%, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, a 50% deposit is necessary. This deposit constitutes a part of your final payment.

Multiple deposit methods are available, including major credit cards, via our Secure Online Payment Platform, and wire transfer.

Tipping

Tipping in Egypt

In Egypt, tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary and is a way of expressing satisfaction with good services. Tipping is considered a part of the income for the person serving you. While non-compulsory, we encourage you to tip as you see fit, personally.

Feel free to offer a tip to your guide, representative, drivers, and hotel staff.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please send a cancellation request via email to provide the Company with written confirmation.

If you decide to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

Booking to 41 days before your arrival: 10% of the deposit paid.

40 to 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the entire tour price.

29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the entire tour price.

14 to 7 days before your arrival: 75% of the entire tour price.

7 to 1 days before your arrival: 100% of the entire tour price.

Additionally, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour, you have to afford any fees per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

Tour Egypt Club provides a flexible cancellation policy in case of government or airline-issued travel warnings from/to your departure country and destination. We prioritize your well-being and safety, adapting our cancellation policy accordingly.

Refund

The company will transfer your refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
